We are looking for a proactive, creative, and self-driven Human Resources & Marketing Management Intern to work directly with the Founder. This is not a traditional internship. You will play an important role in building the company’s internal systems, employer brand, digital presence, recruitment strategy, and partnerships with colleges and organizations. You’ll gain real-world startup experience while contributing to meaningful projects from Day 1. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Human Resources * Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition. * Screen applications and coordinate interviews. * Conduct candidate follow-ups and onboarding. * Maintain employee and intern records. * Assist in preparing HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Support employee engagement initiatives. ⸻ Marketing & Branding * Manage LinkedIn and other social media platforms. * Plan and publish engaging content. * Create captions, marketing campaigns, and promotional ideas. * Assist with company branding initiatives. * Coordinate website updates and marketing materials. * Monitor social media performance and engagement. ⸻ Business Development * Build relationships with colleges and universities. * Coordinate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with educational institutions. * Reach out to agriculture companies for partnerships. * Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders. * Assist in networking and collaboration opportunities. ⸻ Operations & Administration * Organize company documents and reports. * Coordinate meetings and follow-ups. * Support ongoing business projects. * Assist in planning company events and activities. * Recommend ideas to improve internal processes and efficiency. ⸻ Eligibility We’re looking for candidates who are: * Pursuing or recently completed MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., M.Com, PGDM, or any Management, HR, Marketing, or Business-related degree. * Passionate about startups, leadership, HR, marketing, branding, and entrepreneurship. * Excellent in verbal and written communication. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. * Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new skills. * Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. * Adaptable and willing to contribute across different business functions as the startup grows. ⸻ Skills Preferred ✔️ Human Resource Management ✔️ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition ✔️ Marketing & Branding ✔️ Social Media Management ✔️ Business Communication ✔️ LinkedIn Management ✔️ Microsoft Office / Google Workspace ✔️ Content Writing ✔️ Presentation Skills ✔️ Time Management ✔️ Problem Solving ✔️ Team Collaboration ⸻ What You’ll Gain ✅ Monthly Stipend of ₹3,000–₹5,000 ✅ Flexible Remote Work Environment ✅ 2 Weekdays Off Every Week ✅ Direct Mentorship from the Founder ✅ Real Startup Experience ✅ Opportunity to build industry connections ✅ Hands-on exposure to HR, Marketing, Branding, Business Development, and Operations ✅ Internship Completion Certificate ✅ Letter of Recommendation (Performance Based) ✅ Potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for outstanding performers ✅ Opportunity to contribute to building one of India’s emerging agribusiness support companies ⸻ Why Join SproutZen?
